Heart Disease : Symptoms

Heart disease symptoms are difficult to recognize as the symptoms show off after a decades of times and are not noticeable in the primary stage. As we become older, the arteries which surrounds the heart becomes smaller and smaller because of the fats deposited there which sticks to the walls of the veins and arteries. The flow of oxygen is obstructed and the heart becomes "oxygen starved", when this happens. During this time a heart attack occurs. Several things are there to look for which are the signs and symptoms of heart disease and ways by which we can prevent heart disease.
However some of the signs and symptoms may help us to know about heart diseases. The symptoms of heart diseases includes pain in the chest region, shortness of breath, an irregular heartbeat, skipped beats, or a "flip-flop" feeling in the chest, Fast or racing heartbeat, Weakness, Dizziness, Nausea, etc. The most common symptom is the chest pain or angina.
